What is the difference between BT and LTE ? null

That is a great question! If the Galaxy Watch4 is Bluetooth, it means that your phone is required to be within range for full functionality. If the device say LTE, you are able to get services through your carrier to be able to leave your phone behind and still experience all of the features the watch has to offer.
