• On lte version, is up to you if you want that feature on, then line is needed, but also can be used as Bluetooth as well.

• If you bought the LTE version, in order to use its features as a standalone device, then yes, you would need another mobile internet line. This particular unit is the standard bluetooth version however, so the answer is no, you don't need another cell number for this watch. it simply connects to your phone via bluetooth, and thats it.
