LTE is cellular capability that is independent from Bluetooth. Most cell service providers will charge an extra fee to activate a watch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LTE allows your watch to sub for your phone if you don't have your phone with you. You can get it a separate line entirely or Number Share it with your phone number so you can make calls, texts, etc. without having to have your phone. BT acts as a mediator between your phone and watch. You must have your watch within range of your phone to do calls/texts/etc. When you have the LTE version, it will use BT until you get out of Bluetooth range, then it will switch to LTE. It will auto switch back once you're in range of your phone.
