• You can use your phone or if you meant the watch, yes, you can with a qualifying Carrier Phone Plan for your watch or by connecting via Bluetooth to your phone if it is within range of where you fall. Typical Bluetooth distance from phone to watch varies but is generally within the 45 to 50 foot range for distance limits.

• There is a fall detection option on the device that will notify your selected emergency contact. You can also specify that the device calls this contact when a button is pressed 3 times in a row.
