Good day Granma, thank you for finding the free time out of your busy day to ask us your questions about the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 Pro. You can measure and record your heart rate; however, you will take heart rate measurements when you are seated and relaxed. You can also use your Galaxy watch to record an ECG for 30 seconds similar to a standard single-lead ECG. The ECG Monitor app can also check the recording for signs of Atrial Fibrillation—a common form of irregular heart rhythm. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it does but it does not monitor efficiency enough to be a safe medical aid. But i believe you can set it to monitor continously?
