I did wear this watch when I was in Bermuda this year and I had no problem tracking the features. If you have time you can also contact Samsung.

Features like blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea detection are region-locked due to approvals and regulations, and the watch needs to be set to the correct region and country code for these and other features like Samsung Pay to function correctly.
