Good day Ruthie, thank you for taking the time to ask us your question about the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Yes, the Galaxy Watch7 is able to detect hard falls using its built-in sensors. To enable this, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, navigate to Watch settings > Safety and emergency > Hard fall detection, and toggle it on.
