so far i check myself and i dont need a subcription of anything.

No, there's no need for a subscription in order to utilize the features offered by the Watch7. You will need to download the Galaxy Wearable app to connect your watch and compatible smartphone as well as the Samsung Health app to save and manage your health-related data.
