The S/M size is suitable for wrists measuring 130mm to 190mm, while the M/L size is designed for wrists ranging from 145mm to 205mm. To determine the correct size for your wrist, you can measure it. If you don't have a cloth or paper tape measure, a simple string will suffice! 1. Take a piece of rope or string and wrap it around your wrist. 2. Use a pen or marker to mark the spot where the string meets. 3. Take the string and lay it flat on a ruler or tape measure to find the size in millimeters.
