These are the fall settings. If a fall is detected it can either automatically call for help or you can swipe to have someone called. If you don't swipe after like 15 seconds, I think that's the time frame, then it'll call for help. I prefer to have to swipe because I've noticed when I clap too hard it detects it as a fall. There's isn’t a help button just to press for an emergency without it detecting something first.

If you ever need emergency assistance, your Samsung smart watch has features capable of helping, such as fall detection and SOS messages. Hopefully, you'll never find yourself in a real crisis, but if you do, you can send SOS messages to assigned contacts to let them know where you are and how to track you down. In the event you need medical assistance, your medical information can be quickly accessed to help first responders. Check out, "Use your Samsung smart watch in an emergency situation" to learn more about using this feature. Let us know if you have additional questions for us by reaching out to Support at your earliest convenience. Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra
