When a hard fall is detected, the watch will alert you with vibrations and a sound for 60 seconds, giving you the option to cancel the active alert or send an SOS message to your emergency contacts. If no response is received within that 60-seconds, the watch will automatically send an SOS message with your location to pre-set emergency contacts and can also initiate a call to them.
