I chatted with the Samsung tech line and they claim the unlocked version will work with the ConsCell sim. My only issue is that I am leaving a non-CCell Pay-as-you-go plan, buying this cool new phone. Consumer Cellular won't send me a SIM till I have and IMEI from the new phone. No stores carry their SIM (they only list Target and Target only lists a handful of phones that they hook to CCell, not this one). So I play the juggle game, can't get a SIM till I get the phone, then WAIT for mailed SIM, then check it all hoping that it works and if not that it happens within the return window.... paaaaaaaah.
