Q: is there a micro sd card? if no its a no for me thank you..
A: yea. no. no sd card slot
A: I chatted with the Samsung tech line and they claim the unlocked version will work with the ConsCell sim. My only issue is that I am leaving a non-CCell Pay-as-you-go plan, buying this cool new phone. Consumer Cellular won't send me a SIM till I have and IMEI from the new phone. No stores carry their SIM (they only list Target and Target only lists a handful of phones that they hook to CCell, not this one). So I play the juggle game, can't get a SIM till I get the phone, then WAIT for mailed SIM, then check it all hoping that it works and if not that it happens within the return window.... paaaaaaaah.

A: If Consumer Cellular has a SIM card, then this phone should work with that carrier as it is unlocked. Open Box means the phone was returned for some reason and therefore, it is discounted. I am not sure if this one was returned or not, but, I got a great deal on it.
Q: Headphone jack on this phone?
A: No there isn't a headphone jack. But you could potentially buy the pixel bud headphones with the USB-c connector tip and it may work
