I work in the industry, flips and folds have screen issues, the screen will stop responding from software updates and cabling issues from manufacturing and Samsung will deny warranties on these known issues. I work for a mobile carrier, and they denied my own, 2 month old, mint condition flip for "frame damage", when the screen stopped working immediately after a software update (charging feature also stops working). The phone was mint. We see a few flips/folds every week come in with the same issue, and samsung will blame the customer and deny claims. Roughly half of the customers I have who have had similar screen issues, lines showing up on screen, or charging issues, are being denied for damages that dont exist. The technology is simply not ready yet. I am a long term best buy reviewer, previous samsung fanboy, and was utterly disgusted by the warranty experience.
