A:Answer If the Terms and Conditions Checkbox is disabled, then most likely, it's because they want you to scroll through the entire article to ensure you've read it. Of course, practically no one reads this stuff. But it's how they ensure that you have access to it and have had your chance to read it. Sometimes when I think it's important to read, I skim through and try to pick out only the important stuff. Or I at least copy and paste the whole section into a notepad and then save it just in case I need to read it later.
