This phone will work any carrier in the world no issues bestbuy doesn't know about phones every sim card comes with it own settings and you can use any carrier you wanna use and then this phone already has android 12 and if you get the verzion one it's will work on any carrier to since they all use the same bands and chip

its unlocked phone so its works on all just make sure its xxa Samsung or Verizon phones are factory unlocked
