“I've had this case for a few months but all of the sudden the pen stopped working is there a way to fix it? I already tried changing the tip.”

The ends of the pen tips are called "nibs." You can order the pen from an online retailer and it functions the same as the official pen. However, do not use the NIBS the replacement pen comes with from non-official parts. I recommend using Samsung NIBS or WACOM Nibs.
