• This device is compatible with any device that will download the app for it and on the app on the phone you can put in all you did that day. It can monitor you heart rate, oxygen levels, exercise, water intake, and caffeine intake, there is probably even more that I haven't used.

• It works with the S app. But food has to be entered on the phone. The watch will track calories burned automatically. it even knows if you break into a run for a few minutes

• It does not record any food tracking but it does track calories burned in exercise mode
