When you put the device in 'sleep mode' it essentially keeps track of how still you are. In the morning you will be shown how many hours/minutes you were asleep (essentially how long the device was in sleep mode), and the percentage of that time that you were lying still. this information is then stored on your phone in the S Health app. NOTE: You have to manually turn sleep mode on and off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has limited sleep tracking ability - basically just keeps track of how much of the night you spend motionless between when you "start" sleep and "end" sleep in the morning. The manual start is a little annoying, and there's no evaluation of your night, just the raw numbers. Maybe improved in a future S Health update?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Right before you go to sleep you have to turn on the sleep monitor. When you wake up in the morning you have to remember to turn it back off. It will tell you how long you slept and how much time you were restless and then the sleep proficiency.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The device tracks how long you've slept and how motionless you are during your sleep (as a percentage).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From what I have found it only track time accurately.
