• As far as I know, the only difference is that pro can be worn when swimming.

• The Pro is much more water resistant at 5 ATM(50 meters in regular/salt water) as opposed to the IP68 rating of the non pro(5 ft of regular water for 30 minutes). Unless you are a swimmer, you do not need the pro.
