I value the heart rate monitor while exercising. If I am doing multiple workouts I will input my workout as circuit training for example and the time frame of the workout. Then I get a far better idea of how I did then just steps.
A:AnswerYou set it to the pool distance in yards. I counted 60 laps in the pool at my gym, and the app said I did 60 laps. Once I think it added a lap, but pretty darn accurate.
