• Yes, this also comes in red and the large has a bigger circumference band.

• The band length is the difference between large and small. The watch is the same. I got the black, but don't know if there are other colors. I do like all the different watch face styles and colors! Love this watch!

• The only colors it comes in are black and red; the main difference between the two is its interior appearance (one is all black, while the other has a black outside and a red inside). I'm assuming the difference between small and large is the strap length, but the screen may also be larger, similar to how the Apple Watch is sized.
