I measured my wrist and it was about 7 1/2" I exchanged my Large for a Small if this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a chart on the side of the box to hold your wrist up to for a measurement. In general, most adults are going to wear a Large. A teenager or someone with very thin wrists might wear a small.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the box is a band sizer. You put your wrist on it and eyeball it. I’d say for average sized guy under 5’10 small works. If your overweight or overmuscled or just big you’d need the large.
