“I have two concerns. I perspire a lot when I run. Are these truly stable to wear when heavily exercising? I saw an earlier post that said that Samsung says they are not sweat resistant. Also can you pause, forward and reverse music with them? Thank you.”

As these are wireless headphones, if there is a lot of movement, there is always a chance they may fall out during exercise. As for sweat resistance, they may be fine unless you get a lot of sweat in your ears. Lastly, you can use them to control playback of music remotely.
