A:AnswerRead my comment in Cool Product. Mine stopped working and I sent them back to Samsung to be replaced and they told me "they don't have them" and they gave me money back instead? They told me that model wasn't in stock at the company?
A:AnswerYou can plug them into your phone or into a computer while they're in the case to put music on them. They come with adaptors so you can do this.
A:AnswerRicky i do know that they lack some bass samsung has never been real big on bass but i used mine and had zero bass until i worked them back and worth in my ear to seat them good and deep into the canal. The better the seal the better the bass. Still don't expect bose bass but at least they are more functional for your samsung phone and not big as 50 cent pieces!
A:AnswerYes, I enjoy the functionality of the Gear Iconx 2018, their are clear when listen to music on a clip on the internet. I would recommend them to my friend for purchase.
A:Answeri can easely get 7 hours of battery life on the iconx 2018 edittion with the streaming mode, i dont use bluetooth that much but i have reached 4 hours
A:AnswerThey were available for the Doorbuster sale but sold out. You must have checked in the afternoon or evening. I kept checking it all throughout the day and watched when it sold out. I kept checking because I debated on getting another set. I've watched the black ones sell out numerous times since they came out in October. They are very popular!
A:Answernothing will beat wired over-the-ear, noise-canceling acoustics. but these are great sound from such a small, portable, and wireless device. they may not replace big headphones at home or on a plane, but everywhere else they are great.
A:AnswerI have used a pair of Samsung icon x 2018 earphones. My friend let me try out. To see if I wanted to buy. And I used them with a Google pixel 2 xl. Had no problem what so ever.
A:AnswerThree built-in options calles tracks, workouts and favorites. I haven't found a way to rename them or create new ones, but you ucan move mp3s between them and change the list you're on with a hold and tap gesture. I'm going off the manual and haven't tried it since I just dumped all my old music in the tracks list and mostly listen to newer stuff on my phone streaming service anyway (there's no way to download from a service like Google Play to these headphones). I suppose I could dump podcasts in one of the other lists but it's a bit of a pain as you must use a computer so I don't see bothering with it often.
