• I am unfamiliar with a "pebble time". But they do support answering calls via Bluetooth.

• The ear buds work grate with my S7 edge the sound is the beast I every had in wireless headphones so I think they will work grate for you as they do for me an I have life my phone in my room and went out side and still keep the call of a good 100 ft.
