• Your right. These headsets WILL NOT STAY in your ears well at all unless you just sit still.

• Yes I have been on the elliptical and doing other activities in the gym and have had no problems with them staying in at all. Also has different sizes to fit your ear. Normally they don't fit me since I if smaller ears and it does. Just doesn't stay charged long

• I used my to run they will fall out when you sweat but I dont have the right size plug. Its a little big I think if the plug fits tight no they wont fall out much.
