Mines are connected to all my devices it lets you pair to multiple devices I'm sure you can use 2 phones... I have mines connected to my phone, iPad, iPod, mini iPad and it also allows for the use of a wire for older models that don't connect...you can use them on two phones but not at the same time...if they both ring at once it will connect to the first call answered...I use an older model iPhone as an iPod the the 5s and have a 6 plus and both are connected to them and I have other headsets connected to each...

No, that would be a great feature.

You should be able to blue tooth it to each phone but you might have to turn one of the Bluetooth's off. I know I had to do that with my phone so I could pair it with my Ipod.
