• It works pretty well without the GPS. I have gone running and it will track steps and heart rate during your run. If your take your phone with you it will grab GPS and weather data while you are running and will track your path and the weather.

• It has sensors built inside of it to track your movements and when the phone is near it, it communicates with the watch to send information back and forth.

• You can track your water and caffeine consumption, workouts, steps, active minutes, inactivity monitor (it tells you to move if your sitting forever) you can even track body's water and stress levels. ... too cool
