“When the question regarding the watch's use with Google, I am totally confused by the answers. They are diametrically opposed. I'm about middle of the road when it comes to tech savvy, and I find the answers really confusing. Someone please explain!”

This watch does not use the Android or Android Wear systems. This is custom made by Samsung and works with both Android and iOS phones. This product is not sponsored or created by Google and does not use any Google applications out of the box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google uses the AndroidWear interface and Samsung uses Tizen interface. This watch is compatable with android (google) phones. Once sync'd, you will receive all notifications (email, text, incoming calls etc.) on the watch via the phone.
