• Samsung is still working on the app for the watch. The NFC radio is in the watch but they haven't worked out the bugs.

• I believe you must also have a Samsung pay compatible phone. Those include the S6, S6 Edge, and S6 Edge Plus, and Note 5.

• I've heard that Samsung Pay for this watch won't be available until sometime in 2016 and won't be available in any event unless you have it paired with a Samsung phone

• To my understanding, samsung pay software is not yet activated on the gear S2. When they do activate the software, only NFC payments will work and not the magnetic strip payments.
