• the device itself can control music on your connected phone. i consider myself a heavy user with constant notifications and i charged daily at night.

• I've played music with it for a couple of hours on end at a time and still have plenty of battery left by the end of the day.

• The Gear S2 lasts for 2 to 3 days with normal usage so if you are playing music a lot I would guess that you would still get two days of usage.

• I have tested it with the brightness all the way up & with that it last 2 full days. It definitely plays music through bluetooth & if you have headphones connected & want to see what track you are playing on your smartphone it has a option to switch to connect phone quickly
