• I'm guessing your phone's bluetooth is off, or you don't have them paired. See product instructions for pairing.

• If it says standalone it is not connected to your phone, check your Bluetooth.

• I think you have to connect it to either wifi or Bluetooth on your phone. Standalone is wifi

• In standalone mode it's mostly just a watch. You will receive emails and other information. To receive your texts, you must go to settings and connect the watch via Bluetooth.
