Samsung is still working on the app for the watch. The NFC radio is in the watch but they haven't worked out the bugs.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To my understanding, samsung pay software is not yet activated on the gear S2. When they do activate the software, only NFC payments will work and not the magnetic strip payments.
