- Answer If anyone told you you have to sync your phone with S Heath for this, they are wrong! After sleeping myself, I realized of you go to the S Heath app on the watch, you can instantly see how long you slept by checking your activity clock, that tells you how active you are. Just make sure you wear the Watch itself!

- Answer Yes, it has 4Gb of memory for storing music and has it's own bluetooth for pairing headphones directly to the watch.
