Depending on wrist size, but this watch looks very unisex so I do think a woman could wear it if she wanted to. Also the watch straps is interchangeable so it can be fitted with what ever strap to for their style.

Absolutely. The watch does have a slightly larger frame but my wife loves it. Can easily find watch bands online to customize to your style and personality.

It's purely taste. It comes with a second small band. If the lady can wear a watch and they like the way it looks on their wrist, then why not.
