No, this model is Bluetooth only. Works on wifi and GPS, but not LTE. If you want calls and texts, keep your phone nearby.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will operate on it's own without a network. It can connect to wifi either synced from your phone or connected and logged in through the watch. It has GPS for fitness tracking and works without the phone being near (I use this for running, connect my BT headphones, start a workout, and leave my phone at home). You can't get calls or texts, but the watch functions that are not internet dependent work fine.
