Yes but it may be limited due to the J7 not being the most updated phone by Samsung. But it should work with bluetooth. And you can use these guys with IPhones but some features may be limited. Otherwise the zenwatches I posted with this are also a good bet with older/less updated phones.

Not really sure but the watch only needs Bluetooth then the phone needs the gear app. I would think it would work. BTW... Love that watch
