Yes but if you want it to work without having your phone you need to buy it directly from your cell carrier. It would then come with LTE capability. You wouldn't need Blutooth or WIFI to use the phone if it is LTE capable.

It works with Sprint phones if that's what you're asking. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 purchased from Sprint, and it works well.
