Hello Andy, I'm not sure if anyone answered your question yet but as a standard bestbuy user you have 15 days for any type of return. As an Elite member this time is extended to 30 days and Elite Plus even more so. Exchanged can be for any reason including you wanting to get an upgraded version that offers LTE service. I must agree with you that this watch is wonderful!
