• Yes, this watch does an amazing job tracking heart rate and your sleep pattern. Make sure you turn off the screen and notifications when you lie down because when you move it lights up and the notifications from email and Facebook kept me awake. Watch the video on the app. Guess a lot of info and tips.

• YES, but keep in mind that most likely you will be taking off your watch when you go to sleep so it charges over night
