“Tumi Watch Face not installed. There's a note in package instructing to go to the Watch Face App Store and find it, download it from there but so far I haven't been able to find it. Contacted Samsung but no response yet. Any idea how to get it?”

The Tumi Face download is only compatible with Android. I had a IPhone 7plus and wasn't able to download. But now, I have the Awesome Samsung Note 8, and I was able to scan the code and download the Tumi Face without any problems.

Pay attention. The little paper note was in the box for me. Maybe you dropped it or missed it somewhere. One can easily misplace it. The paper note is about 2 inches by 1.5 inch.
