- Answer Unless there is something very peculiar about your PC (I doubt it), this can replace any boot drive in a PC with a SATA III slot. You will need a disk cloning SW, recommending to purchase Acronis, but there are free SW as well (like Minitool which normally works as well unless unexpected errors happen).

- Answer I would say that may be possible, if the surface laptop has a hard disk. Yes the Samsung SSD drive will fit in the Surface Laptop 2.

- Answer It does not come with any cables. If you are replacing a drive, you can reuse the power connection and sata cable from the old drive.
