• It is a standard size 2.5 inch laptop drive, which I presume would be compatible even for an Apple product. Just redeploy any custom Apple hardware when installing the SSD.

• It does fit a 13 inch late 2011 MacBook Pro. Just make sure to transfer the retaining screws from the old hard drive to the ssd.
