• you have to look up the serial number from Samsung, it has the remainder of the original warranty .

• Best Buy lists a pretty bad warranty, but I think they're just kind of offering their own. The serial number is VERY likely to still carry the full manufacturer warranty if you need to RMA it. I would do a warranty lookup with the serial number while still within BBs return period and go from there.

• I believe these drives have either a 90 day or 30 day warranty since they are technically used devices. Check with the store and read the fine print before ordering to be sure as things always change.
