I think it is recommended you use the one with the heat-sink on it for the PS5 or you can mount a aftermarket heat-sink on this one if there is enough room in the PS5.

Unfortunately no, its a Gen3 NVME and wont have the read and right speeds to handle the PS5 games.

No, you need at the minimum a PCI-e 4 drive
