• I'm unsure about the health, but if you have Samsung's Samsung Magician software you can check the health of your SSD! Refurbished items can be returned within 15 days with a valid reciept

• Juat got mine installed. It had 100% health with 108gb read and 1061 gb written. Not too bad.

• I don't know what the policy is, but on mine, Crystal Disk Info showed the unit to be 100% health.
