“what will the health be on the drive, and how do i check, and if its low then could i return the product”

I'm unsure about the health, but if you have Samsung's Samsung Magician software you can check the health of your SSD! Refurbished items can be returned within 15 days with a valid reciept

Juat got mine installed. It had 100% health with 108gb read and 1061 gb written. Not too bad.

I don't know what the policy is, but on mine, Crystal Disk Info showed the unit to be 100% health.

Crystaldiskinfo and hwinfo will tell you the life and how much has been written to the drive.
