• Mine did come in the original box, but other reviews have shown alternative packaging. Mine came with the buds, case, a charging cord (no block) and 1 set of the rubber ear pieces for fit. They also had the original instructions.

• Mine came in a Samsung box w case, charging cable, rubber ear tips and instructions. However the box in no way appeared new. To be honest it had what appeared to be boogers stuck on it in several spots. Of course I scrubbed it w disinfectant and washed my hands thoroughly. The inside was much better and the product looked new.

• Yes it comes with everything it does originally. You have some small paperwork, a charging cable and the buds themselves inside of their case.
