• No, mine just arrived and did not have the extra wings to adjust for fit. There is a warranty though.

• No. You'll get one set of tips out of the 2 they're supposed to come with or possibly none. You can find generics elsewhere but it'll cost an additional $7-10

• Mine just arrived and also were missing the larger ear wings. Too loose with standard ones so have to return.

• I wouldn't expect a full warranty from samsung as you don't have the original purchase info but they did come with everything and in the original box
