• A:Answer Mine did come in the original box, but other reviews have shown alternative packaging. Mine came with the buds, case, a charging cord (no block) and 1 set of the rubber ear pieces for fit. They also had the original instructions.

Q: Questionwhat measures have your techs taken to insure, no knockoff live buds were returned and are being resold via bestbuy? The clones are almost indecipherable. Not to mention without all the packaging its nearly impossible to tell the real from the fakes.
